BBG Designer Print Pattern Sheets are printed on 12" x 18" sheets of acrylic or MDF. They are available in a variety of materials and are custom printed in-house in our shop in Iowa.
We print these items on-demand, so please allow up to 5-7 business days for your order to be shipped depending on volume.
If ordering clear acrylic, it can be printed Transparent or Double-Facing.
Transparent - Prints only the pattern - no white is printed so this is a "stained glass" look and is see-through. Anything white on the image will not print.
Double Facing - Prints the pattern, a layer of white ink, and the pattern again. This allows for the pattern to be visible from either side, but also gives you flexibility when using it as one side shows the pattern flat and the other gives depth.
Masking: Not Masked
Materials: Acrylic or PremiumMDF (Medium Density Fiberboard)
Glowforge Size: ~12" x 18"
Thickness: 1/8" (3mm)
** Note: The listing photos are for reference only. Color variations will occur due to different monitors and screens.
**Clear Designer Print acrylic should be cut with the pattern side up, as should single-sided prints! For double-sided white & black, we like to raise the pattern off of the tray slightly, but we suggest trying scrap pieces to find the settings that work best for your machine.
For MDF wood cleanup, we use baby wipes.
Please run a test cut! Our machines are all different by design and are all in different conditions.
Caution: Products can catch fire. Please do not leave your machine unattended.
Glowforge Settings: All of our Designer Prints should be able to be cut on PG Medium. Select either Draftboard, Clear, Black, or White to match the base you are cutting.
Engrave: PG Draftboard settings
**These settings are just a starting point. As always, test a small piece to find the settings for your machine.**
